All sorts of people are looking for writing work as a way of earning extra money working from home at times to suit themselves.

We have all sorts of people writing for us from housewives (or husbands), full time workers who can write about their profession or hobbies, university students and even lecturers to professional writers who can write about anything.

Naturally most of our work is writing required to publish on the Internet so does not pay as much as a professional writer might earn from writing for print publications, so why would a professional writer choose to work for us?

The professional freelance writers who do work for us tell us it’s for a couple of reasons:

We offer regular work that can help them stave off the ebbs and flows that come from being a freelance writer

Our work is generally short articles of 250 to 500 words that they can churn out quite easily

Our work does not usually require much research and for that which does, the writer can keep the same work on an on-going basis so the same research will stand them in good stead for months

Most professional freelance writers that work for us take a fixed volume of work each month – a volume that suits them and us – and if they have a quiet month, they can volunteer for extra work if we have it.

We always welcome applications from good writers. If you want to apply for writing work, please give us a detailed application on the Apply To Be A Writer page.

The question is often asked during the application process how much do our writers actually earn.

Generally speaking, when a writer is first offered work, they will be offered a small brief. For articles, the minimum we offer is 10 articles in a month but this could be all on one subject or 5 on one and 5 on another, it depends on what we have in at the time.

Providing a writer stays on track throughout the month, or preferably stays ahead, always submits unique work (we copy check our copywriting work to ensure it is not duplicated from elsewhere) and their writing is good then they will be offered regular work.

Regular work can mean different subjects each month for various clients or the same each month, again, it depends on what we have in.

The first article on any brief, especially for new writers, is always checked to ensure the writer has understood the brief and followed instructions. Feedback is given and we give the writer chance to improve.

Our top writers work almost full time for us earning around £1500 per month however, this takes a long time as we have to build mutual respect – the writer is placing faith in us that we will continue to provide work and we place faith in the writer that they won’t let us down.

We also have writers who are happy earning just a little extra pocket money each month – £30, £50 or £100 a month is plenty for some who just want to work in and around their other commitments and put the money towards a meal out, a trip to the theatre or save for something special, or perhaps just take the pressure off one or two bills.

How much you can earn depends largely upon you.

When you’re a student it can be difficult to survive on your student loan and hand-outs from your parents. Getting a part-time job is often unavoidable, but rather than working in a shop or behind the bar at your student union, you could get some part-time work that works in tandem with your studies.

With Words of Worth you could research and write content for websites, and get paid £250 per month for it. That should go some way towards your bar bill and takeaway fund. We have writing contracts of 80 blog posts, or articles, per month available in industries such as education, law, business, politics and many others.

You could write content that compliments your studies and even helps in your research. Plus you’d be getting paid for it!

Fill in our application form and we’ll see what we’ve got for you.

This is work you could do from your student halls, without even getting out of bed. That’s got to be worth doing.

There are many ways online to earn money from the Internet, such as affiliate schemes, pyramid schemes, cold calling and others. Writing content for Words of Worth is one of the few that guarantees you money for the work you do. You’re given a set amount of articles to write, with a details brief, and you earn £250 per month for every contract.

It’s that simple.

If you’re looking to earn money writing from home this is the best way to do it. It’s guaranteed income, as opposed to using other content writer sites where you have to pitch for short term deals and set amount of articles. We’ll give you a contract and let you know for how many months you can expect to keep it.

We reward our best writers with the best contracts, and if you want to take on more contracts after a month or two you can. There’s nothing stopping you having two, three or even four contracts in one month. That would earn you £1,000 in a month, just for writing articles and blogs from your own home.

If you enjoy writing, it’s a great way to earn some money.
